Members and potential members understand that by enrolling they will receive four (4) shipments each year (Feb-June-Sept-Nov), and that a valid credit card (Visa or Mastercard) must be on file will and will be billed for these shipments. Members understand that they may pick their next shipment up at the winery requesting so prior to the shipment. The cost for each shipment will be between $100 and $150, taxes and shipping included. Members understand their 15% discount for ordering online will begin immediately. Membership must remain active to recieve all beneifts of the Scatter Creek Wine Club. If membership is canceled before a minimum of one (1) Wine Club shipment has been received, a penalty will incur; Their credit card will be charged the difference between regular prices and the club price for all purchases they may have previously made. Members agree they are responsible for all costs incurred if their wine club order is returned to the winery for reshipment once the original shipment has left the winery. Members agree to notify Scatter Creek Winery at least two (2) weeks prior to a scheduled shipment of any change in billing and/or shipping information. We will send a courtesy e-mail reminder 2-3 weeks prior to the upcoming shipment. Members may make changes to their upcoming shipment by special request only. Age Restrictions:Members understand they must certify that they are at least 21 years of age to join and verification of age must be provided upon request by Scatter Creek Winery staff, shipping supplier, or its authorized agents. (Note: UPS requires all signers and recipients of wine packages show legal proof of age upon delivery.)
